Cancellation Policy

If the Hotel receives written notice from the Client cancelling the ‘Confirmed Booking’ whether that be Guest rooms, Meeting room hires, food/beverage or any other contracted items, the Client shall pay the Hotel a cancellation fee as calculated as follows: Time period Total per cent of estimated revenue payable On signed contract: 25% Between 6 months - 3 months prior arrival: 50% Between 3 months - 1 month prior arrival: 75% Less than 30 days prior arrival: 100% For example: Total estimated revenue for a booking is £40,000 The event is scheduled for October 15–17, 2025 Cancellation Date: 20th August 2025 Months before the event: 2 months ca. Applicable Cancellation fee: Between 3-1months → 75% of estimated revenue Therefore the Cancellation Fee will be 75% of £40,000 = £30,000
