Additional Information

You may not be aware that the College took Gold Standard award in the annual survey conducted by the BDRC market research organisation, which assesses and rates post-event customer feedback. Most recently, in November – in the face of competition from many hundreds of venues throughout the capital – our team achieved a Silver award for “Outstanding Customer Service” in the Visit London 2009 awards. This was the highest place achieved by any specialist conference venue. We are committed to providing facilities for disabled participants. Our latest major programme of improvements to access enabled us to be chosen for the Royal Mail Group’s national conference on web-accessibility, an event which had to be fully inclusive. We are equally committed to minimising our impact on the environment, and we would be happy to provide you with examples of the measures we take. One of the most important aspects of our determination to help minimise the demands on event organisers is our use of all-inclusive packages, transparent and flexible pricing structures: these are designed to give our customers complete confidence in relation to their budget, and to eliminate the risk of hidden costs. In terms of formal external recognition, the College holds ISO 9001 quality accreditation. It is also a member of the International Association of Conference Centres, AIPC - the International Association of Congress Centres as well as a Unique Venue of London.
