Cancellation Policy
Function room cancellation must be accepted 10 business days prior to start date of function or meeting room charge, taxes and service charge will apply. If function is cancelled less than 3 business days prior to function date than meeting room rental, food & beverage, HST and service charges will apply. Individual bedroom reservation cancellations are accepted until 4pm on day of arrival. Group bedroom blocks are negotitated individually based on dates selected and size of room block.
