Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1-5 Rooms/1-6 Nights: If cancelled before 12.00 noon GMT on day of arrival no charge will be made. One night cancellation fee will be charged to no shows and late cancellations. Group Booking 6 rooms plus 10% deposit is taken on all group bookings of 6+ rooms. Group Cancellation period:- 6-15 rooms 7 days notice required. Group Cancellations within 7 days will lose their depsoit. Cancellations must be made by telephone 020 8318 4321 quoting your confirmation number and booking details. A cancellation numbers will be given for your reference

CHECK IN time is from 2pm - CHECK OUT time is 10.30am. The hotel can sometimes accommodate earlier check in times, please enter in the special request box, however this cannot be guaranteed, and is reflected on how busy the hotel was the night before. Guests may request a later check out time upon arrival with reception, this is subject to availability. Multi night bookings. - 7 nights +. One nights deposit is taken at time of booking. Multi night cancellation policy- Deposit is only refunded if cancelled by 12.00noon GMT 5 days prior to arrival. Terms and Conditions for Event accommodation i.e. Valentines, Rat Pack, Soul, Psychic, Murder Mystery Evening and all event evenings. Full Payment is taken upon time of online booking. Cancellation policy is 100% refund if cancelled 5 days prior Terms:O2 Room sales. Concert or event ticket will need to be produced to reception to obtain your bus tickets. If for any reason buses are not working, the hotel will not cover any costs for going and returning to the O2.Each room is entitled to one return bus ticket per person. MODIFY & Canellelations cannot be made online please telephone the hotel direct. Advanced Non Refundable Bookings Internet Saver Rooms These are a number of rooms sold at a special rate with full payment taken at time of booking and no refund can be made for modified or cancel bookings.
