Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing • 7 days or less before event date - 100% of total estimated charges • 14 days or less before event date - 85% of total estimated charges • 28 days less - 50% of total estimated charges Cancellation charges will be determined from the date that written confirmation is received. Total estimated charges will be based on the confirmed booking numbers and all pre-booked facilities, such as Room Hire, Catering & Equipment.Should this requirement not be met or if the party failed to show at all for the event, then the management reserves the right to retain any deposit and charge using the cancelation policy. If Cha Chaan Teng for reasons beyond its control need to cancel a booking, we will attempt to arrange an alternative venue. If this is not possible or unacceptable to the hirer, then we will make a refund of all monies paid. Our liability does not extend beyond this refund.
