Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the Function, you must provide written notice by email to events@arsenal.co.uk. If the Club receives written notice from you cancelling the Function: the Club shall be entitled to retain all of any deposit and pre-payment paid to the Club if notice of cancellation is received by the Club within ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of the Function and a replacement booking is not found by the Club, you shall be required to pay a cancellation fee to the Club calculated as follows (in addition to any sums retained by the Club pursuant to paragraph 6.1.1): 25% of the then current Total Charge (less any amount paid by way of a deposit or pre-payment) if notice of cancellation is received by the Club between ninety (90) days and fifty-seven (57) days prior to the commencement of the Function; 50% of the then current Total Charge (less any amount paid by way of a deposit or pre-payment) if notice of cancellation is received by the Club between fifty-six (56) days and forty-three (43) days prior to the commencement of the Function; 90% of the then current Total Charge (less any amount paid by way of a deposit or pre-payment) if notice of cancellation is received by the Club between forty-two (42) days and fifteen (15) days prior to commencement of the Function; or 100% of the then current Total Charge (less any amount paid by way of a deposit or pre-payment) if notice of cancellation is received by the Club less than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the Function.
