Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have a 2 working day cancellation policy for our boardroom/meeting room spaces and 5 working day cancellation policy for Store Street bookings. This must be made in writing to the Events Manager (pierre.odehnal@onealfredplace.com). Any cancellations made after this time will be subject to the full room hire charge. To be eligible for members rates for the room the member must attend the whole meeting. Bookings are for the room only as we are unable to accommodate breakout groups in the open areas of the club. Room holds are not automatic and must be requested. All quotes and room holds are valid for one week after which time the room will be released.
