CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY *Cancellations within 30 days of arrival = 25% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged *Cancellations within 14 days of arrival = 50% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged *Cancellations within 7 days of arrival = 100% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged *No-shows and early departures will be charged with a 100% cancellation fee in any season with both ways transfer charges.
