THE KAY ROOM The Kay Room is located within our Conference Centre which has its own private foyer, entrance, access to external gardens and complimentary parking for up to 750 cars. The Kay Room is flooded with natural daylight, is fully air conditioned and includes state of the art AV facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and breakout areas, all designed with your comfort in mind. The Kay room is a meeting room directly off the main ballroom and can seat up to 100 Delegates Theatre style
