Additional Information
Facility Restrictions
Noise & Hours *Curfew for amplified music: Given the rural residential setting of Tixkokob and local municipal regulations common across Yucatán municipalities, outdoor amplified sound should reasonably cut off at 11:00 PM (midnight at the absolute latest for full buyouts). This protects the property's relationship with the local community. *No DJ stages or concert-grade sound systems in the central esplanade without prior written approval and acoustic planning. The Machinery House's stone walls can amplify bass significantly. Catering & Beverage Exclusive catering: The hacienda kitchen operates as the exclusive food provider. Outside caterers are not permitted unless pre-approved for specialty items (e.g., wedding cakes, culturally specific dishes). No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property. All beverage service must go through the hacienda's bar program. Last call aligns with event end time, not a separate cutoff — bartenders close service when the event closes. These restrictions strike a balance between protecting a 400-year-old heritage asset, maintaining neighbor relations in a small Yucatecan town, and ensuring the safety and exclusivity.

Additional details
Accommodations The hotel offers twelve luxurious rooms distributed across four areas of the estate, including the main house with its grand reception area and separate guest houses surrounding picturesque pool areas. All rooms are finely decorated with restored antique furniture, offering a timeless experience for lovers of history, culture, and art. Exclusive buyout of the entire property is available, making Hacienda San Antonio Millet an ideal choice for incentive groups, executive retreats, and intimate destination weddings where privacy and immersion are paramount. Culinary Excellence The hacienda's culinary program is rooted in the rich gastronomic traditions of Yucatán. Guests are treated to authentic regional dishes featuring endemic local ingredients — from slow-cooked cochinita pibil to handcrafted Yucatecan honey, house-made ice creams, and nopalitos prepared in time-honored local style. Custom menus can be designed in collaboration with the culinary team to reflect the theme and tone of any event, from casual receptions to multi-course gala dinners. Location & Connectivity Located 26 km from Mérida and 29 km from Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport, the property offers a paid airport shuttle service for seamless group arrivals. The hacienda also sits just 300 meters from the Tixkokob station of the Tren Maya, Mexico's new intercity rail network, with complimentary shuttle transfers available from the station to the property — making it exceptionally accessible for attendees arriving from Cancún, Mérida, or the broader Yucatán Peninsula.
