Threes Brewing Governors Island is an open-air private event space on Liggett Terrace at 517 Clayton Road, Governors Island, New York — 5,000 sq ft of tree-lined outdoor event space with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, open May through October. Standard capacity is 80 seated or 500 standing, with configurations for 1,000+ guests available on request — the largest event footprint in our portfolio by a wide margin. At both pre-experience meeting locations you’ll find a cafe and bathroom, which are both convenient before your marathon secondhand shopping day! For larger groups and corporate events, we organize meetings at a private location also conveniently located near midtown and subway access.
