Our Founding Chef, Josefina Howard, opened the flagship Rosa Mexicano on New York’s Upper East Side in 1984. She was a world traveler, pioneer, entrepreneur, interior designer, chef, and innovator. Sharing the cuisine of Mexico became her mission and her passion, and Josefina made her mark as the first chef to introduce fine dining Mexican fare to the dynamic New York restaurant scene.

Under the new direction of partners noted restaurateur and nightlife guru David Rabin, Chris Miller (Café Boulud, Atera) and Chef Jack Logue (Zagat 30 Under 30, Michelin stars at Betony and Clocktower), the Lambs Club seeks to re-invent itself by recognizing and honoring its history, while focusing on the future of hospitality in New York City. Serving elevated and fun takes on American classics seen through a New York lens, the cocktail and food programs at the Lambs Club inspires guests by using carefully crafted technique, and delicious and thoughtful flavors all with a deep sense of nostalgia. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in an iconic and timeless dining room, the Lambs Club boasts an extensive global wine list as well as service that is attentive and well executed, yet still warm and inviting.

Private indoor golf club Konnect was purposefully designed to bring people together in a golf-forward environment with a real focus on members or guests “konnecting”. It has done just that in small get-togethers of four all the way to events of 85 people. Our members are very familiar with our high touch service as we strive to deliver it on a daily basis. Where We Meet We typically meet guests at the Ace Hotel located at 20 W 29th Street (midtown Manhattan, 10 blocks south of Times Square). If we are taking guests on a Brooklyn tour, we typically meet them at the Whole Foods upstairs cafe located at 4 Union Square (Manhattan, at 14th Street). At both pre-experience meeting locations you’ll find a cafe and bathroom, which are both convenient before your marathon secondhand shopping day! For larger groups and corporate events, we organize meetings at a private location also conveniently located near midtown and subway access. That address is determined before the tour and space rental is included in booking fees.
