Turn right onto E.38th St. Follow 1st Avenue to E.45th St., Turn right at the 1st cross street on 1st Avenue, Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto 1st Avenue/United Nations Plaza, Keep left to stay on 1st Avenue/United Nations Plaza, Turn left onto E.45th Street, Turn Left at the 1st cross street onto 2nd Avenue, Turn left at the 1st cross. From JFK Airport: Take Van Wyck Expressway to Long Island Expressway heading west to the Midtown Tunnel. Continue west, one block to Third Avenue and make a right. At 42nd Street make another right and drive one block to Second Avenue. and make a left onto 44th St. (United Nations Plaza) From La Guardia Airport:Take the Grand Central Pkwy. (West)to RFK/Triboro Bridge-follow signs to Manhattan. Take-FDR Drive (South) to 49th Street/UN Garage Exit. Continue-49th St. to Second Ave. Take Second Ave. and make a left onto 44th St. (United Nations Plaza). From Newark Airport: Take the N.J. Turnpike (North) and follow signs for NYC/Lincoln Tunnel. Take Exit 16E (Lincoln Tunnel) and upon leaving the tunnel follow signs for East 42nd St./Time Square. Stay on 44th St. until you reach Second Ave. and make a left
