We are happy to announce that The Peninsula New York- Newly renovated in 2024, completed an extensive interior design refurbishment, led by the award-winning New York City-based Bill Rooney Studio, which encompasses all 219 guest rooms and suites, the hotel’s Lobby, Reception, Palm Court, and the reimagined rooftop lounge, Pen Top. The intimate lobby, reception and concierge space as well as the Palm court have been redesigned with bespoke interiors of fresher, lighter finishes, creating a truly welcoming guest experience. Guest rooms are designed to serve as light and luxurious retreats with the latest comforts featuring plush furnishings and luxury textiles, and updated with high-tech conveniences, including The Peninsula’s proprietary in-room technology with touch-screen tablets in six languages, featuring access to a signature 24-hour digital concierge. Set high above iconic Fifth Avenue is the crown jewel of the hotel, the reimagined rooftop venue, Pen Top, with the city’s iconic skyline as the backdrop, where guests can enjoy the menu of New York classics. Also, nestled just off the hotel lobby, Gotham Lounge makes its grand return as an exquisite and intimately appointed piano bar. Of course, our award-winning Spa & Wellness Center, including our indoor pool and fitness center with updated technology, perfects the guests experience.
