Over ons

Aan de poorten van Lecce verrijst het gloednieuwe Clarion Collection Arthotel & Park Hotel, een artistiek en designhotel met vier sterren. Het hotel is volledig gemaakt van Lecce-steen en andere unieke materialen van het schiereiland Salento. The Hotel by Clarion Collection streeft naar luxe verblijven, zakenverblijven en gezondheidsvakanties met speciale aandacht voor meubels en details, interieurontwerpen en unieke kleurspellen die van het hotel een echt meesterwerk maken. Het biedt 55 luxe en comfortabele kamers voor gasten. Het heeft een conferentiecentrum voor conferenties, vergaderingen, workshops en elk zakelijk evenement. De plenaire zaal biedt plaats aan maximaal 200 personen, er zijn ook twee vergaderzalen met 40 zitplaatsen en een perskamer. Het hotel biedt veel meer faciliteiten ter beschikking van de gasten.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
