Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Old Town combineert de kunst en cultuur van het zuidwesten met de moderne accommodaties van Marriott. Ons unieke hotel, gelegen in het hart van de historische oude binnenstad van San Diego, biedt een gunstige locatie ten opzichte van meer dan 150 restaurants, winkels en musea, en ligt op enkele minuten van het centrum van San Diego Gas Lamp Quarter, spectaculaire stranden, Sea World en de wereldberoemde San Diego Zoo. We bevinden ons op loopafstand van de trolley voor het openbaar vervoer van/naar het centrum en het Convention Center. De overheid (Group and Transient) is een sterk marktsegment voor ons hotel. We werken eraan om een basis op te bouwen met de groep (sterke groepsmarkten zijn onder meer bedrijven, overheden en sport) en van daaruit de rente te verhogen met Transient.
