Hotel Degli Ulivi is gelegen in het Pugnochiuso Resort, dat gunstig is gelegen aan de Apulische kust van Gargano, in het Nationaal Park aan de rand van het Umbrische Woud. Het ligt op 20 km van Vieste en ongeveer 30 km van Mattinata in een gebied van 150 ha. Het resort ligt op een prachtige locatie en loopt af naar de kristalheldere zee van twee aangrenzende baaien: de baai van Pugnochiuso, waaraan het resort zijn naam ontleent, en de baai van Portopiatto. Het hotel beschikt over 180 kamers; eenpersoons-, tweepersoonskamers, onderling verbonden kamers, familiekamers en vierpersoonskamers. Alle kamers zijn uitgerust met: eigen badkamer met douche, airconditioning, telefoon, minibar (gevuld op aanvraag), Sat. TV, haardroger.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing.
