Hotel El Chico is een oase van rust in de beroemde badplaats Varazze en is gebouwd in mediterrane stijl. Het is ondergedompeld in een enorm park met zeedennen en eeuwenoude olijfbomen met een prachtig uitzicht over de Golf van Genua van Portofino tot Kaap Noli. Het hotel heeft een nieuw conferentiecentrum, gelegen op de begane grond en met veel natuurlijk licht, bestaande uit modulaire kamers met een capaciteit van 20 tot 300 zitplaatsen en uitgerust met de nieuwste audiovisuele systemen, gratis LAN en Wi-Fi-verbinding. De panoramische en rustige locatie met uitzicht op zee en de grote en elegante foyer met bar maken dit de perfecte locatie voor gebruik als showrooms of voor vergaderingen of trainingen. Er is een grote gratis parkeerplaats beschikbaar voor gasten van het hotel of het conferentiecentrum.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
