Exclusieve catering ter plaatse

Annuleringsbeleid

Een schriftelijke kennisgeving van annulering moet naar de evenementencoördinator worden gestuurd (de „Annuleringsmededeling”). Als de KLANT het evenement meer dan zestig (60) dagen vóór de geplande datum annuleert, zal 20 F Street NW Conference Center alle vergoedingen en aanbetalingen terugbetalen die van de KLANT zijn ontvangen, met uitzondering van de niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetaling voor de reservering van de huurruimte van het evenement. Als de KLANT het evenement tussen zestig (60) en dertig (30) dagen vóór de geplande datum annuleert, verbeurt de KLANT de niet-terugbetaalbare aanbetaling voor de reservering van een evenementruimte, evenals 50% van eventuele andere kosten en aanbetalingen die zijn ingediend voor andere diensten. Als de KLANT het evenement binnen dertig (30) dagen of minder na de geplande datum annuleert, verbeurt de KLANT alle ontvangen vergoedingen en aanbetalingen. 20F mag het contract niet eenzijdig zonder reden annuleren.
