Het Falkirk Wheel is de enige roterende bootlift ter wereld en een waar technisch wonder dat, eenmaal gezien, nooit zal worden vergeten. Het kostte 22 maanden, £17,5 miljoen en meer dan 500 mensen om te bouwen. Bij elke rotatie vervoert hij tot 600 ton tot een hoogte van 35 meter. Het is een unieke dramatische setting voor een zakelijke conferentie, een bruiloft of zowat elke andere speciale gebeurtenis. Op het punt waar de kanalen van Forth & Clyde en Union samenkwamen, was Falkirk ooit het drukke centrum van kustvaart tot kust. Na decennia van verwaarlozing heeft The Wheel het systeem nieuw leven ingeblazen en opnieuw bevindt Falkirk zich in het centrum van een bruisende, levendige grachtencultuur. Het is een inspirerende locatie. The Falkirk Wheel is een unieke en zeer memorabele locatie voor elk zakelijk evenement. Dankzij de prachtige locatie aan het water - en natuurlijk de ontzagwekkende functie van The Wheel zelf - is het perfect voor verkoopconferenties, productlanceringen, trainingen en motiverende evenementen, maar ook voor kleinere, minder formele bijeenkomsten. Het bezoekerscentrum heeft een indrukwekkende glazen wand die een indrukwekkend uitzicht biedt en biedt plaats aan 200 gasten voor een formeel zittend diner, 250 voor een buffet of tot 300 voor drankjes en canapés. Buiten staat een grote partytent voor maximaal 1500 gasten. The Wheel ligt op een prachtig terrein met een geweldig uitzicht op de nabijgelegen Ochil Hills, en om zaken met plezier te combineren, kunt u ter plaatse of in de buurt boottochten maken, golfen, vissen en vele andere activiteiten ondernemen.
