The Music Factory ligt net ten noorden van O'Connor tussen US Highway 114 en Las Colinas Boulevard in Irving, Texas, en is de nieuwste uitgaansgelegenheid van DFW. Het zal ook beschikken over 100.000 vierkante meter kantoorruimte waar Ethos Group gevestigd is in Irving.
