Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. (LEYE) is an independent, family-owned restaurant group based in Chicago that owns, manages and licenses more than 130 establishments in Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, Nevada, California, Texas, Virginia and Washington D.C. We were founded in June 1971 by Richard Melman and Jerry A. Orzoff with the opening of R.J. Grunts and today, thanks to the creativity of our partners, we proudly service guests at more than 60 concepts ranging from fast casual to fine dining restaurants.

Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. Important Things To Know: Due to the custom nature of the vehicles: Weight limit is 250 pounds per person, weight limit for 2 people in the same vehicle is 400 pounds (no exceptions). No prior experience is needed. Guests will receive training operating the mini-car and driving rules for the road. Each vehicle seats 2 people. All drivers must be 21 or over with a valid drivers license (international drivers license accepted). All passengers must be 6 years or older. If both people are 21 with a valid drivers license they can switch driving anytime. Maximum height is 6’3” when riding with a passenger. Price per reservation is for 2 people in the same vehicle. We will provide helmets.
