Fattorie Santo Pietro, genesteld in glooiende heuvels tussen twee van de mooiste steden van Toscane, San Gimignano en Certaldo, is een oase van rust in een gevarieerd, ongerept landschap op de oude pelgrimsroute Via Francigena. Of u nu alle of slechts enkele van de zestien appartementen boekt, de Fattorie is ideaal om vrienden en familie onder te brengen in de rust van een stijlvolle maar intieme omgeving, gelegen in de rustige heuvels van het Toscaanse platteland. In de buurt van het restaurantgebouw bevindt zich een nieuwe congreszaal, verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. De moderne en functionele structuur, hoe dan ook gebouwd met respect voor de wedstrijd, biedt plaats aan 60 personen.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
