Geen evenementen voor kinderen of tieners Goed gemanierde kinderen zijn onder speciale omstandigheden toegestaan.

Annuleringsbeleid

Evenementen kunnen worden verplaatst als we 60 dagen van tevoren op de hoogte worden gesteld voor een evenement op een doordeweekse dag (maandag tot en met donderdag). Voor een evenement in het weekend moeten we minstens 6 maanden van tevoren op de hoogte worden gesteld, zodat we de mogelijkheid hebben om het evenement te boeken. De aanbetaling wordt niet terugbetaald. Als een nieuw evenement door een andere partij wordt geboekt voor dezelfde datum als waarvoor je hebt geannuleerd, betalen we je aanbetaalde bedrag minus $250 voor onze problemen terug. De service van Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC is uniek en Oakleaf maakt al geruime tijd voorafgaand aan het eigenlijke evenement afspraken. Als je dit contract opzegt, Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC zal schade lijden vanwege haar verplichtingen ten aanzien van die diensten en onvermogen om die data te boeken om verliezen terug te vorderen. Deze verliezen zijn moeilijk te meten. Daarom, als u dit contract opzegt Oakleaf Cottage/Rainy Day Properties LLC heeft op elk moment tot 24 weken voorafgaand aan het evenement het recht om de aanbetalingen in te houden als schadevergoeding ter vergoeding van kosten en verliezen die het gevolg zijn van annuleringen van het contract door u.
