Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the intended date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges (one night’s room plus tax). In the event of a cancellation by Group, all deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. A cancellation fee will be charged consisting of a percentage of total anticipated revenue based upon arrangements for guestrooms, function space and food and beverage requirements reserved at the time of cancellation.
