Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: - Cancellation of a confirmed booking with over 22 days notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. - Cancellation of a confirmed booking with 8 to 21 days notice will be charged 25% of the total value of the confirmed function. - Cancellation of a confirmed booking with 2 to 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the total value of the confirmed function. - Cancellation of a confirmed booking with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the total value of the confirmed function.

St Catherine's College also offers student rooms to residential conference groups, sporting groups and school camps during the summer vacation period from late November to mid February. Group accommodation at St Catherine's varies from our single students rooms which are fully furnished with shared bathroom facilities, direct dial telephone and internet access through to a limited number of ensuite rooms. Fans and heaters can be supplied in all rooms. Our kitchen can also provide all meals to your guests and catering packages can be tailored to suit your requirements.
