Yes, Public areas, high touchpoint areas: lift buttons, handles, lobby furniture, public toilets are cleaned once every hour daily. Gym and pool are cleaned after each usage. The last 10 mins of each hour interval after usage we will wipe down the area.

Yes, Use of durable metal laundry hangers; usage of cloth laundry bags that can be washed & reused; Unsoiled garbage bags in guest rooms will not be replace; Usage of Bathroom amenities dispenser, non plastic cotton buds and refillable water dispenser

Yes, Headboards are cleaned every day using the Dettol and AIM disinfectants. Bathrobes and towels are changed on a daily basis whether or not guests use. For bed linen and pillows, on days not scheduled for changing, we use a steam machine to disinfect daily
