Our group cancellation policy is structured to balance flexibility with the commitments required for large bookings, ensuring both parties are accommodated fairly. - Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing to secure space and services for your group. - Cancellation 90+ Days Prior to Arrival: A portion of the anticipated group revenue will be charged to cover initial commitments. - Cancellation 60-89 Days Prior to Arrival: An increased percentage of anticipated revenue will be applied as cancellation fees, reflecting the limited time for rescheduling group space. - Cancellation 30-59 Days Prior to Arrival: A higher cancellation fee applies due to the reduced opportunity to rebook reserved space. - Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: Full payment of anticipated revenue is due, as it may no longer be feasible to resell accommodations and services.
