Hotel Sa Cheya is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday on this fascinating Mediterranean island thanks to its enviable position just outside the enchanting and bustling holiday destination of Alghero with it’s delightfully pretty historical town centre brimming with tradition, archaeology and culture and offering plenty of bars, restaurants, nightlife a beautiful marina and wonderful sandy beaches, plus a very handy airport just 15km away. There are 20 well appointed rooms furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style with decorative use of local Sardinian stone and top quality ceramics. The rooms of this charming hotel all have private entrance and suite facilities and are equipped with all that’s necessary, to guarantee a genuinely good night’s sleep including: independently controlled air conditioning system and thorough sound insulation. The hotel will also boast modern meeting facilities for 2014 for up to 70 people supplying all the necessary services and equipment.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
