Facility Restrictions
The RENTER, all guests, service providers, third party vendors, and their staff must abide by all property policies, local ordinances, county, federal, and state laws. The RENTER shall be responsible for informing all event guests of the policies set forth by the Nature Pointe Clubhouse and HOA. Failure to adhere to any of the following restrictions will result in the immediate discontinued use of the Nature Pointe Clubhouse. At no such time will any of the following conduct or actions be permissible: Use of illegal drugs or controlled substances on/in Nature Pointe Clubhouse and surrounding property. Rowdiness, brawling or fighting. Lewdness. Gambling. Brandishing of firearms or weapons. Smoking is restricted to designated areas and inside vehicles only. Excessive loud music or noise. All County and Nature Pointe noise ordinances will be strictly enforced. Sale or consumption of alcohol to individuals determined to be intoxicated or under the age of 21. Trespassing. Private property surrounds the Clubhouse. Use of said land is not acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
All Event Rental Contract cancellations or changes to the event date/times must be received in writing. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. If Event Rental Contract is canceled prior to the contracted event date, RENTER will be responsible for either the full or partial rental fee stipulated in the “Event Rental Contract” based on the following scale: 220 days and above: Full refund excluding the $851.50 date reservation deposit. Days Prior to Event if Canceled Percentage of Rental Price Owed by RENTER 160 to 219 - 40% 90 to 159 - 60% 60 to 89 - 75% Less than 60- 100% Date Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
