After 1972, the last brewery W.Triebsees was closed, the Rostock had to wait 30 years until 2001. Ostsee Brauhaus AG Trotzenburg, a real brewpub opened. And what would a beer without the hearty home cooking - our kitchen is specialized, with a light, creative menu may not be missing. Simply Enjoy cozy comfort and companionship, whether in small groups in the cozy niches in a large group at the bar or large tables and beer garden when the sun beckons. For large events the brewing room offers excellent space.
