WELCOME TO SCANDINAVIAS BEST LOCATION! In 2021 we opened the doors to our three large exhibition halls, smart loading zones, generous parking, experienced staff  and everything else that makes Scandinavian XPO the perfect location for event organizers and visitors. The premises are suitable for up to 8,500 guests - and all types of events, fairs, meetings, gala dinners, concerts and sporting events. We make it easy to combine events by offering different setups in the different parts of our facilities. Scandinavian XPO is located just 5 minutes from Arlanda Airport and the terminals, Stockholm Sweden, and allows us to gather visitors from all of Scandinavia's capitals within an hour. Lunch and dinner should be something to look forward to – a nice break that leaves you brimming with energy for the rest of the day. That’s why we serve plenty of fresh vegetables too! We are passionate about the ingredients that we use – particularly local and organic produce. We nudge you in the right direction.

From Arlanda Airport Our airport shuttle service transports guests to and from Arlanda twice an hour. For information about bus stops, please follow the signs at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Please note that spaces on the shuttle bus are limited and subject to availability. Arlanda Express to Arlanda Airport High-speed train to SkyCity, just 20 minutes from Stockholm Central Station. Commuter train and bus Commuter train from Stockholm Central Station to Märsta station, change to bus 571 towards Arlandastad/Scandinavian XPO. By taxi We recommend Taxi Stockholm, phone +46 8 15 00 00 or Taxi 020, phone +46 20 20 20 20 By car We have a huge parking space just outside of the venue! If you stay at the hotel, Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO, you are able to have the car in the garage. Please note that the parking spaces are subject to availability.

The Swedish aviation industry has been, and remains, by far the largest in Scandinavia. Since 1910, a total of about 6,000 aircrafts have been manufactured by some 25 public and private aircraft manufacturers. At Arlanda Flights Collections, who is a civilian aviation museum, you will find engines, aircrafts, flight simulator and exciting parts of aviation history all in one place. The collection includes more than 50 aircrafts, 30 engines and multiple peripherals. Some of the larger planes include SE-210 Caravelle, Convair CV-440 Metropolitan and North NC 701.

Fotografiska is one of the world's largest meeting places for contemporary photography. Four unique large exhibitions and about 20 smaller exhibitions are presented annually. Book and souvenir shop, restaurant and a photo gallery. In the top floor café, you will find one of Stockholm's very best viewpoints. Eat Guides 360° Action named the restaurant of Fotografiska the best in Sweden in 2019, thanks to its sustainable gastronomy. Welcome to one of the largest palaces in Europe! The Royal Palace is the official residence of His Majesty the King of Sweden, with over 600 rooms. The Palace is open to the public and offers no less than five museums. Visit the reception rooms with splendid interiors from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, Rikssalen (the Hall of State) with Queen Kristina’s silver throne, and Ordenssalarna (Halls of the Orders of Chivalry). Gamla Stan is the name of Swedens Old Town. It is one of the largest and best preserved medieval city centers in Europe, and one of the foremost attractions in Stockholm. This is where Stockholm was founded in 1252. All of Gamla Stan and the adjacent island of Riddarholmen are like a living pedestrian-friendly museum full of sights, attractions, restaurants, cafés, bars, and great places to shop. Gamla Stan is also popular with aficionados of handicrafts, curious, and souvenirs. The narrow winding cobblestone streets, with their buildings in so many different shades of gold, give Gamla Stan its unique character. Even now cellar vaults and frescoes from the Middle Ages can be found behind the visible facades. On snowy winter days the district feels like something from a storybook. There are several beautiful churches and museums in Gamla Stan, including Sweden’s national cathedral Stockholm Cathedral and the Nobel Prize Museum. The largest of the attractions in the district is the Royal Palace, one of the largest palaces in the world with over 600 rooms. In addition to the reception rooms, there are several interesting museums in the Palace, including the Royal Armory, with royal costumes and armor. Don't miss the parade of soldiers and the daily changing of the guard.
