J&J Historic House Hotel Florence is an excellent 4 star service and accommodations in Italian city. While it is only a few minutes walk from the hotel entrance to many of the major sights of the city, you will find that our location is on a quiet street. Hotel was converted from a convent and true to its past it still exudes an atmosphere of tranquillity and peace. It features choice of 21 unique rooms and suites with interior private courtyard. As a historic hotel all the rooms are different and are mainly located at the back of the hotel. Each is cosy and tranquil, and yet maintains a high standard of furnishings and amenities.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
