Qualified groups can take advantage of these incentives: • 35% straight discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $100,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $125,000. • 50% straight discount off the standard Convention Center rental rate with a minimum estimated rental of $250,000 and estimated RK Group food & beverage spend of $450,000. To qualify for the incentives, meetings and events must: • Be booked through a Visit San Antonio sales representative. • Offer only valid for meetings occurring between January 1, 2030 and September 30, 2031. • Must be contracted by September 30, 2026.
