The award-winning conference center’s 47,000 square feet of San Diego meeting space is “purpose built” with a layout that maximizes retention and minimizes distraction, allowing your team to communicate and celebrate secluded from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Each inspiring meeting setting is enhanced by modern technology and acclaimed on-site catering, and surrounded by charming courtyards and verdant gardens. Elegantly appointed accommodations, four dining venues, a serene saltwater pool and world-class spa await for when business adjourns. Estancia La Jolla is home to 26,000 square feet of flexible indoor meeting space, accommodating groups of up to 750 in the light and airy La Jolla Ballroom. When general sessions wrap up, attendees head to The Woodlands, the heart of the lush 10-acre campus. This conference center contains nine ballrooms and breakout rooms of various sizes, including the 125-seat Theater featuring individual workstations for all attendees. Each detail of The Woodlands was intentionally designed to optimize the meeting experience, from special light bulbs that prevent eye strain, IACC-approved ergonomic chairs and built-in break stations that come standard with every conference package. Outside, an additional 21,000 square feet of al fresco venues await in the form of olive tree-lined lawns, manicured botanical gardens and expansive courtyards graced by trickling fountains, providing the perfect setting for enjoying San Diego’s temperate climate. Groups looking to truly collaborate and innovate beyond the boardroom can easily incorporate unforgettable team building experiences such as salsa-making competitions, blind wine tastings, and golf clinics from the pros at nearby Torrey Pines Golf Course!
