Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Client/Group terminates this Agreement other than as may be expressly permitted herein, the Client/Group shall pay within 14 days of notice of cancellation, in lieu of any other amounts due hereunder or otherwise in respect of this Agreement, liquidated damages determined as follows: • 366 days or more, prior group arrival date, no room reduction liquidated damages will be assessed. • 365 - 181 days prior to scheduled group arrival date: Full cancellation of the entire contracted room block will generate a charge equivalent to one night charge of the total estimated room revenue derived from the group room block confirmed at the time of cancellation. • 180-91 days prior to group arrival date: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 2-nights charge per each room reserved. • 90-61 days prior to group arrival date: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 3-night stay charge per each room reserved. • From 60 days prior to group arrival date: Complete cancellation will result in total charge for the entire stay. • Applicable cancellation charges will be based on the contracted rates of each specific room reserved category and occupancy.
