Float ...over 7 miles of underground caves. Enter the exciting world of rivers disappearing into the underworld as you float on inner tubes with only your headlamp to light your way. Zip lining is as close as you can get to flying over the jungle. As you soar from tree to tree, experience a bird's-eye view of the Belize jungle, and scenery that cannot be seen from the ground.

Hol Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley

The Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley are the most popular diving/snorkeling sites in all of Belize. This is due to the close proximity of San Pedro, the large amount of fish life found with the Hol Chan "cut" accessible by snorkelers and beginning divers, the diversity of marine life encountered throughout the 4 zones of the park and the exitement and novelty of swimming with large numbers of nurse sharks and sting rays.

Dive or Snorkel the Great Blue Hole

The Great Blue Hole was made famous by Jacques-Yves Cousteau, who declared it one of the top ten scuba diving sites in the world. In 1971, he brought his ship, the Calypso, to the hole to chart its depths. This is a popular spot among recreational scuba divers who are lured by the opportunity to dive in crystal-clear water and meet several species of fish, including giant groupers, nurse sharks, and several types of reef sharks such as the Caribbean reef shark and the Blacktip shark. Usually, dive trips to the Great Blue Hole are full-day trips, which include one dive in the Blue Hole and two further dives in nearby reefs. Snorklers are also welcome.

Described as "natural paradise meets 5-star luxury", the resort is located on the largest private beachfront on the island of Ambergris Caye and is 3.5 miles north of the town of San Pedro. The location provides an air of privacy and exclusivity which can only be found at a true luxury resort. Las Terrazas comprised of 36 fully-furnished one, two and three bedroom / two bath town homes. The resort is nestled on 4.8 acres of private beachfront. Each residential town home is fully furnished and handsomely appointed with: * Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, * granite countertops, * flat-panel cable televisions (2 per unit) with surround sound * DVD player * free high-speed internet * full size washer & dryer in each residence * in room grocery stocking service available * and everything necessary for guests to immediately settle into a relaxing island vacation.

Facility Restrictions

The resort is comprised of 36 full size one, two and three bedroom town homes. We have the ability to book all units as a One Bedroom town home by locking the second and third bedroom door where applicable.
