Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Reduction of Rooms Permitted Without Penalty. If cancelled between 59 and 30 days in advance 50 % of the total of the proforma invoice will be invoiced Page 3 of 4 If cancelled between 29 and 14 days in advance 75% of the total of the proforma invoice will be invoiced. If cancelled between 14 days and the event date 100% of the total of the proforma invoice will be invoiced. The calculation will be made based on the total of the proforma invoice for the services originally contracted. Between date of signature and 60 days before arrival no penalisation will be applied to the reduction of 25% of the total number of contracted roomnights. Between 59 and 30 days no penalisation will be applied to the reduction of 15% of the total number of contracted roomnights. Between 29 and 15 days no penalisation will be applied to the reduction of 10% of the total number of contracted roomnights. 14 days before the arrival day or less, if there is a reduction, total of the reduced roomnights will be charged. Any reduction which is greater than the indicated percentages will be invoiced for the total amount of the cancelled accommodation.
