Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION / REDICTION IN ACCOMODATION • 90 days prior the first arrival date will be allowed a reduction of 20% of the total room nights stated in the contract, if the reduction is bigger than 20% the hotel will charge 20% of the total room nights cancelled. • 60 days prior the first arrival date will be allowed a reduction of 10% of the total room nights stated in the contract, if the reduction is bigger than 10% the hotel will charge 50% of the total room nights cancelled. • 30 days prior the first arrival date won't be allowed any reduction. If this happen will be charged the total room nights cancelled. FOOD AND BEVERAGE • 30 days before the event – no charge. • From 29 until 15 days before the event, if the cancellation is for 50% or more of the total number of people will be charge 50% of the service hired for the inicial number of people. • From 14 untill 11 days before the event,if the cancellation is for 25% or more of the total number of people will be charge 60% of the service hired for the inicial number of people. • From 10 days before the event until the day of event, any cancellation will be charge 100%. MEETING ROOMS • 45 days before the event – no charge. • From 44 until 20 days before the event, will be charge 35% of the total meeting room rate. • From 19 until 11 days before the event, will be charge 50% of the total meeting room rate; • From 10 days before the event until the day of event, any cancellation will be charge 100%.
