Option 1: Courtesy Agreement 10 rooms per night are offered as a courtesy hold with no financial guarantee needed at any time during the process, nor liability for rooms not utilized. It is a financial-obligation-free agreement that you enter with us, signing a contract of terms only, indicating that you understand that in lieu of a financial guarantee, we employ a “rolling cut-off” policy. The hotel reserves the right to modify the block at any time and there is no guarantee of room types. Option 2: Contractual Agreement 11 or more rooms per night are offered with an attrition of 90%. If you contract 20 rooms per night for two nights, you are required to fill 36 total room nights otherwise you are charged for the difference. This contract guarantees room types, the rooms held, and requires a financial obligation from the contact.
