(Tour Operator) must notify the hotel of cancellation, amend and reduction in number of accommodations within the minimum period specified hereunder. In the event of failure to give the require notice for cancellation, amend and reduction in accommodation numbers, the hotel will charge a fee at contract rates as follows: • Cancellation, amend and reduction in number of accommodations for daily reservation must be received 7 days prior to arrival for high season and 3 days for low season. • Any cancellations amend and reduction less than 7 days for high season and 3 days for low season will be charged one night automatically. • No show charge: A reservation is considered “No show” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and the Hotel is not notified of any emergency delays in writing, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a “No show” fee equivalent 100% of the total room charge will be applied.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. We trust that this contract shall be treated in full confidentiality and shall not be disclosed to any third party. Any violation of the agreement may cause for NH BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT BOULEVARD to send a formal termination letter with immediate effect. Subsequently, we shall not hold liability against any losses incurred resulting as a consequence to the cancellation of contract. 2. Voucher(s) must be presented before or upon check-in. 3. Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses. 4. Should there be insufficient support to the property by the agent; NH BANGKOK SUKHUMVIT BOULEVARD reserves the right to terminate this contract without notice. 5. When non-commissionable TA or B2B rates were sold (on the Internet) lower than our prevailing seasonable rates; if the hotel found out up to 3 times, the hotel reserves the right to close sell to the travel agent or terminate contract with immediate effect. 6. The Rooms will be subject to close-out periods in the event of high occupancy for the property. An email notification will be accordingly sent for your kind attentions. 7. The Hotel reserves the right to CLOSE/ STOP SELLS any time when necessary, with immediately action taken by the business partner. 8. This contract is subject to Term & Conditions, which are an integral part of the contract. 9. For single occupant room, one visitor will be charged at THB 1,200 NET per visitor per 24-hour period. (Room Only) By the way, rooms are subject to availability.
