Until 120 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 50 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty. Apart from this 50 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated amount. From 119 Until 60 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 20 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty. Apart from this 20 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated amount. From 59 Until 21 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 10 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty. Apart from this 10 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated amount. From 20 to 7 DAYS BEFORE THE GROUP ARRIVAL: 5 % of the reserved space may be cancelled without any penalty. Apart from this 5 %, any other cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated sum. From 6 days to the THE GROUP ARRIVAL date, any cancellation shall be billed on the basis of 100 % of the total provisional calculated sum.
