PORTO CARRAS GRAND RESORT is ideally located on the western coast of Sithonia, Halkidiki central peninsula and 110km from Thessaloniki airport. The most complete resort in Greece is nestled on the rising slopes of Mt Meliton and overlooking the expansive blue of Toroneos Gulf, amidst 1,763 hectares of verdant landscape and along 9 km of sandy beaches punctuated by 25 pristine coves. It features a 5* hotel, offering rooms, a variety of suites and family units, a private 315-berth Marina,the largest Conference Hall in Northern Greece, a Casino , a Thalassotherapy & Spa centre, a Golf Course, Horse Riding facilities, a Tennis Club, a Padi Diving centre, a Nautical Club, along with Greece’s largest organic vineyard and winery. The resort also features three helipads. In April 2020, Porto Carras changed ownership and became a proud member of Belterra Investments. Porto Carras Mission Statement is to provide care, comfort and safety to all guests accommodated in the resort. Porto Carras Grand Resort new Management Team aims at providing a unique holiday experience and relaxation while ensuring guest maximum satisfaction and focusing on latest hospitality sustainability practices. While gradually improving the hotel services as well as the marina and sports facilities, the new management team is committed to continually improve its services: gastronomy, wellness, activities, children facilities as well as health and safety protocols. 1. CANCELLATION POLICY 1.1. Changes or cancellation of the reservation are allowed free of charge up to 60 days before arrival 1.2. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, cancellation fees will not be charged. 1.3. In case of cancellation/change of the reservation 59-30 days before arrival 30% of the total cost of the reservation shall be charged. 1.4. In case of cancellation/ change of the reservation 29-2 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation shall be charged. 1.5. In case of cancellation/change of the reservation 1 day before arrival or no-show, 100% of the total cost of the reservation shall be charged. 1.6. In case of departure before the scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the reservation shall be charged. 1.7. Day use with a 50% charge, based on availability. 1.8. In special cases (such as illness, death or serious injury of a traveler or close relative, unemployment, etc.), the Hotel shall waive cancellation fees on provision of documentation in writing.
