The hotel was completely refurbished over 2016 with works completed in early 2017. Kilkenny is regarded as Ireland's Medieval capital which can be explored along the Medieval Mile from Kilkenny Castle to St Canice's Cathedral and Round Tower. Kilkenny River Court Hotel offers outside space for events and a sweeping riverside terrace adjoining the bar for informal lunches, elegant Afternoon Tea or pre-dinner drinks. The signature Marshall Suite overlooks the river and offers best views of Kilkenny Castle. Floor to ceiling windows on one side of the Suite offer excellent natural daylight for conferences by day and for evening gala dinners and banquets. 5 additional meeting rooms offer flexible meeting and breakout space for larger meetings and conferences.
