Relilax Hotel Terme Miramonti is located at Piazza Roma 19, Montegrotto Terme in France. Tastefully decorated in harmony with the rest of the Hotel, our rooms are unique both for their layout and furnishings. They overlook the internal park or pool, with breathtaking views of our lush green Euganean Hills. All the rooms are very spacious and fit to satisfy any type of clientele, including families. The sophisticated atmosphere of the Miramonti Meeting Club is the ideal place to meet, plan, update methods and techniques, and come up with strategies. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
