We use bulk lotion, shampoo and conditioners in all rooms, along with paper cups for coffee, etc.

Yes, All linens, terry, bed coverings, etc. are cleaned with hot water using Proctor & Gamble products. Furniture, fixtures, bathrooms, etc. are as well.
