Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of any confirmed booking or non arrival by the customer, the customer shall pay to the company a cancellation or non arrival fee. The company shall do its utmost to re-let the facilities booked, but if having used their best endeavours the company is unable to do so, the following cancellation charges will apply: Over 9 months before date of function, loss of deposit. 6-9 months before date of function 30% of contracted value. 3-6 months before date of function 60% of contracted value. 1-3 months before date of function 90% of contracted value. 0-1 month before date of function 100% of contracted value. All cancellations must be notified in writing, failure to do so will result in 100% charge being made for total business lost. The company reserve the right to cancel any booking forthwith, without liability on its part in the event of damage or destruction to Sandford Springs by fire or any other causes, any shortage of labour or food supplies, strikes, walkouts or industrial unrest or any other cause beyond the control of the company, which prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with any booking. If the customer becomes insolvent or in the case of an individual, becomes subject to a bankrupt petition, or if the booking might damage the reputation of the company; in these circumstances the company will return any deposits, but the company would not have any other liability.
