Cancellation Policy
50% room rental fee is due upon contract signing and is refundable up to 45 days prior to your meeting date minus a $25 processing fee. Full room rental fees are due 30 days prior to your event. Rooms cancelled between 45 and 31 days prior forfeit their 50% deposit. Rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior forfeit the full room rental charge unless space is re-sold at which point client may be refunded the difference.
Additional details
Last minute room setup charges are billed at $100 per hour. Taxes for room rental and services fees only are at 5%. All others are 7.6875%. Audio visual contractors are available. Your credit card may be used to guarantee a reservation.
