The open floor plan in the parlor is a spacious living-to-dining area with comfortable lounge seating, an 8-person conference table, an oversized kitchen island, a separate service entrance, a powder room, a separate entrance to/from the guest corridor, and large windows offering an expansive view of the Rocky Mountains.
