Fairmont is a leader in sustainability programs. We have completely eliminated the use of single-use plastics from the guest experience. While we have not completely eliminated them from our heart-of-the-house, we continue to modify our procurement policies as we work toward our goal.

The Fairmont will be installing a comprehensive solar power array to generate power starting in 2025.
